Pioneer Economy & Life Skills

Life Skills & Crafting in Auroria

Combat is only half the adventure. Learn how to gather raw resources, level proficiencies, craft high-tier gear, and claim your settlement plot.

1. The Labor System & Daily Regeneration

Gathering nodes, felling timber, harvesting cotton fields, and refining metals in ArcheAge Chronicles utilizes Labor Points (LP).

Labor regenerates automatically over time at a rate of 10 LP every 5 minutes online (5 LP offline), up to a maximum cap of 5,000 LP. Special restorative potions (such as Nui's Draught) can be brewed via Alchemy to restore emergency labor when crafting large ship blueprints or house foundations.

2. Core Gathering Disciplines

Logging & Timber (Hardwood & Cedar)

Harvested from ancient cedars, birch groves, and pines found in forested valleys like the eastern ridge of Diamond Shores (over 1,860 verified tree clusters). Required for constructing gliders, carriages, and house framing.

Mining: Iron, Marble & Silver Ore

Found along rocky ridges and mountain ravines. Iron Ore (376+ nodes) is the foundation of armor smithing. Rich Silver Ore (79+ rare veins) and Fine Marble are required for high-tier relic trade packs and guild sanctums.

Gathering & Agriculture (Cotton & Wild Flora)

Wild cotton plants and wild herbs can be harvested directly in the wilderness, or cultivated on player-owned private farm plots. Essential for weaving light armor cloth and crafting medicinal combat salves.

3. Player Housing & Pioneering Settlements

Retaining one of the core pillars of the original ArcheAge franchise, ArcheAge Chronicles features persistent, open-world player housing in designated pioneer territories.

Players purchase blueprints using Gilda Stars earned from Trade Runs, stake their claim with a property deed, and physically haul bundles of stone, lumber, and iron to construct their dwelling. Houses serve as private fast travel waypoints, farming land, and workshop hubs.
